Back to School Packet/New Student Information

All student information forms will now be completed electronically via our PowerSchool eCollect forms.  Parents and guardians will receive an email with instructions on accessing the forms through PowerSchool.  This will include emergency contact information, medical details, and consent forms.  This information must be submitted prior to the start of the school year.
