Student Withdrawal Request
Parents MUST inform the school as soon as they are aware that the student will be leaving to move to another school district. Please email Barbara Ortiz at bortiz@etsdnj.us to request a New Jersey Transfer Card and other necessary documents that may be required of the new school district.
In your email include the following information:
- Student(s) name
- New home address
- New school name/address
- Last day of attendance at ECS
- Other documents the new school district is requesting
Remember all school materials (chromebook w/charger, library books, etc.) must be returned on or before the student's last day of attendance.
