Cafeteria Accounts

LUNCHTIME PARENT PORTAL:

All students are automatically set up with a cafeteria account.  We encourage parents to deposit funds directly into their account on a regular basis through our Lunchtime Parent Portal using the following link: https://www.schoolpaymentportal.com.   Once your account is set up, you may:

  • Make direct online payments
  • Monitor your child's account
  • Set parameters as to what additional a la carte items your child may and may not purchase

Alternatively, we will accept cash or checks made payable to EBOE to fund your child's cafeteria account.  Please place the money in an envelope with the student's and homeroom teacher's names clearly printed on it.  Please remember to write the student's full name on the check in the memo section.  If you have more than one child you'd like to pay for, you may pay with one check, naming each student along with the allocated amount for each. There is a $25 return check fee.

You will need your child's ID number to set up your account.  If you do not know it, please contact the main office at 609-267-9172 ext 110. If you have questions about the Lunchtime Parent Portal, contact Jeannie Horner at 609-267-9172 x 123.

If your child has a medically documented allergy, please send information to our nurse's office.

CHARGE POLICY:

The Board of Education understands a student may forget to bring breakfast/lunch or the money to purchase either or both meals.  When this happens, the food service program will provide the student a breakfast or lunch with an expectation payment will be made the next school day or shortly thereafter.  However, there may be circumstances when payment is not made and a student’s school breakfast or lunch bill is in arrears.  The school district will manage a student’s breakfast or lunch bill that is in arrears in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 18A:33-21 and Policy 8550 attached below.

A la carte (snack) items may not be purchased if a student's account reflects a negative balance.
