Ambrose F. Duckett, III
The 2017-2018 school year is Mr. Duckett’s tenth in the Eastampton Township School District, and his second as Superintendent and Principal. Previously, he was the Director of Instruction, Technology, and Curriculum/Assistant Principal.
Mr. Duckett has worked in four different districts and has taught at the elementary, middle school, and graduate college levels. Additional positions he has held are as a classroom teacher, computer teacher, Affirmative Action Officer, Anti-Bullying Coordinator, and adjunct professor.
He received his BA from Richard Stockton College, his teacher certification from The College of New Jersey, an MS in Organizational Leadership from Cairn University in Langhorne, PA, and a Post-Master’s Certification in Educational Leadership from The College of New Jersey.
He currently serves as a graduate level course instructor at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He has held this position since 2011. And, he will be beginning his fifteenth year at Educational Testing Services, in Ewing, NJ where he is currently serving as a Content Scoring Leader, overseeing the creation of rubrics and supervising the scoring process.
Mr. Duckett and his wife, an Associate Director at the Arthur Ross Gallery of the University of Pennsylvania, are from Germantown and Cheltenham, PA respectively. They have two sons – Ambrose and Jayden.
