Dr. Ashlee Caldwell has served as the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary for the Eastampton Township School District since 2023. Before joining Eastampton Township School District, she worked as an Assistant Business Administrator/Board Secretary, HR Manager, and Payroll Supervisor in various NJ public school systems.

As the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary, Dr. Caldwell:

• Prepares the district’s annual budget

• Oversees expenses and revenue

• Oversees the operations of the cafeteria program, facilities operations, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and health benefits

• Ensures compliance with Federal and State operating procedures and protocol

Dr. Caldwell obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Thomas Edison State University and her Master of Science in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University before earning her Doctor of Business Administration from Thomas Edison State University in 2024. In 2024, she also earned the designation of Registered School Business Official (RSBO) through the New Jersey Association of School Business Officials.
