Mission & Vision

About Us

Together, students, staff, parents, and the Eastampton community will work to foster excellence and empathy by providing a quality education and encouraging respect, promoting diversity, and nurturing the skills students need to exceed the New Jersey learning standards and succeed in today’s world.

Together, we will provide a safe learning environment for our kids to explore, innovate, and grow into the individuals they are.

News & Announcements

ECS Summer Reading

We are excited to announce our K–8 Summer Reading Initiative!

Students in Grades K–3 are encouraged to read at least three books over the summer and complete a Reading Adventure Page for each book. Students in Grades 4–8 must read at least one book from their upcoming grade-level reading list before September.

We encourage all of our Golden Knights to make reading a part of their summer routine and look forward to celebrating their reading accomplishments when school begins in September!

If your 5th grade child has not yet received the Tdap and Meningococcal vaccines, they will need to have them before they enter 6th grade.  All students must be in compliance with NJ immunization regulations or they will be excluded from school in September.  Check with your doctor to schedule an appointment.  If your child is uninsured, please contact the nursing office for assistance to schedule the vaccinations.

Summer is a time that many of our students go to their doctor for their annual physical exam.  You can download sports physical forms by clicking here or pick up a Sport Physical Packet in the Main Office.  It takes two weeks to process sports physicals.  In order for your 6th-8th grade student to be eligible to join a fall sport, you should submit the forms to the nurse before school starts in September.
